Each piece is made to order with care.

Because of the handcrafted and personalized nature of our work, please review the following before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this time, we may have already begun crafting your piece, so cancellations or changes due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind) cannot be accommodated.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement of the same item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are refused or not collected for personal reasons.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received or picked up in time,
any additional costs (such as return shipping, duties, or reshipment fees) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address,
and we are unable to reach you before the carrier’s holding period expires,
the order may not be eligible for a refund.
